Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
